This weekend my boyfriend (Juuso) and I are celebrating Valentine’s Day since we don’t get to see each other on week days. He told me on Monday that he has something special planned for us on Saturday to do. He finally told me today that he registered us to run in a Valentine’s Day 5k! I am so excited! :)
- Pick up running mileage (at least 1 long run per week starting at 5 miles)
- Yoga at least 2x per week
- Incorporate more strength training in exercise routine (at least 2x per week)
- Healthy Habit: Before I eat, ask myself, “am I actually hungry?” (lately, I have been eating because I have felt stressed not because I was hungry)
I was reading an article about Sasha DiGiulian in Rock & Ice and it mentioned how she sets personal goals for herself every year. Then, I realized I didn’t have any goals! Silly me. So, I decided to make a list of short and long term goals for myself (which I will post) to help me stay in bloom. :)
